1. Please use the ‘Forgot Password’ option in the App’s login page

  2. Enter your Marlow ID and press Next
  3. Check your private email account. You will receive an email with a 'verification code'
  4. Note: If you cannot find the email, please check your other email folders as well (especially Spam and Deleted Items folders). If you still cannot find the email, please contact us
  5. In the App now copy and paste the Verification Code (from the email you received) and press NEXT

    Note 1: Please make sure that you copy and paste all 6 characters from the email
     Note 2: Please make sure that you are in the 'Account Verification' screen (show below), and NOT the Login Screen


  6. Now enter your NEW personal password twice and press CREATE
    (ensuring that it is at least 8 characters, contains one capital letter and symbol)



  7. You will be returned back to normal login page

  8. Enter your Marlow ID and your NEW password then press SIGN IN
