Please first check your spam and junk folders in case the email went there. If you still cannot find the email, please search all folders as per the following instructions:

Gmail

Please copy and paste the following in the Search Field:

in:all subject:(Rest Password)

Outlook (Web)

Ensure "All folders" is selected and then use one of the following search terms:

subject:(Rest Password)

If you still cannot locate the email, please contact our App Support Team for further assistance by creating a new ticket
