REGISTRATION

If you have never used the Crew Portal before then you will firstly need to create an account.  

Please also note that your Crew Portal and CrewCompanion accounts are not linked.  You will need to create a seperate account to use the Crew Portal.

Please following these steps: 


Check with your Agent that your correct private email address has been entered in our database.  If we don’t have your correct / activate email address you will not be able to proceed
Go to the following web page:

Click on Create new account
Enter your Marlow ID and date of birth.  Then press SUBMIT

Note: You can find your Marlow ID on your Seafarer Employment Agreement (top right)
You should see a message that your account has been created.  Now check your private email account.  You should receive an email from 'seafarermodule@marlow.com.cy' that containes a temporary password

Note:  If you did not receive the email please also check Spam and Deleted items folders in case the email was automatically filed in these locations.  If you still cannot find the email please contact our Support Team (feedback.crewportal@marlowgroup.com)
 


Follow the instructions as stated in the email.   

You will need to copy and paste the temp password from the email.

Once logged in, you will be prompted to create your own Personal password.  

This is the password you will use from now on to log into the Portal so please make a note of it.



NORMAL LOGIN (ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CREATED)

If you have previously registered and set your personal password, next time you login to the Crew Portal you can click on the ‘Sign In’ button











Then enter your Marlow ID and personal password in the pop-up window 






FORGOT PASSWORD OR PASSWORD EXPIRED 

If you have forgotten your personal password, (or it has expired), you need to select the Generate new Password: Forgot my password/My password is expired   option via:

Enter your Marlow ID, DOB and press the Submit button. 


Check your private email account.  You will receive an email with a link for resetting your password. 

Note:  If you did not receive the email please also check Spam and Deleted items folders in case the email was automatically filed in these locations.  If you still cannot find the email please contact our Support Team (feedback.crewportal@marlowgroup.com)

After clicking on the link you should receive another email that contains your temporary onetime password. 

Please follow the instructions in this email and click on the LOGIN link (step 1). 
In the ‘Existing Password’ field copy and paste the password you received in the email.  In the other fields enter your new personal password twice.   Please keep this password safe.  You will need it next time you log in. 
You can now login as normal with your Username (Marlow ID) and the new personal password you just created.
