Seafarers are automatically allocated to particular entities (tenants) based on criteria such as their location, nationality, and manning agency, primarily as follows:
- United Marine Training Center (UMTC), for crew members coming from the Philippines and Far East.
- Kherson Maritime Specialized Training Centre (KMSTC) for crew members coming from Ukraine and EU.
- Marlow Navigation (MN), for individuals from all other locations.
