The CrewCompanion web version is accessible using common browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari. 


You can access the CrewCompanion web version at: https://crew.marlowgroup.io/ 



While the web version is partially optimized for mobile devices, we recommend using the dedicated mobile apps for the best experience on smartphones. 

Social Login (Preferred)

Login via Google, Facebook or LinkedIn is the quickest way to gain access to your CrewCompanion. It requires that you to use any of the above with the same email registered with Marlow Navigation.
 
Here is what you have to do:
  1. Select the corresponding service provider (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) option on the login page.
  2. You will be redirected to the provider to confirm your identity. 
  3. If the provider can confirm your email address you will be automatically logged in to the CrewCompanion.

Manual Login

Login with your email address and a password is a fallback if you cannot use any Social Logins. For the first time you have to set a new password before you can access your CrewCompanion.
 
Here is what you have to do:
  1. Select the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. A new page will open
  2. Enter your email address (Test_Email) in the email field and press submit.
  3. Check your email inbox for an email from "noreply@marlowgroup.io" with the subject "Reset password".
  4. Within the email follow the "Link to reset credentials".
  5. Enter your new password* and press submit.

On CrewCompanion Web, you will be redirected to the login page, and you can proceed with your email and new password as login. For CrewCompanion App, switch back to the app and login. Both Web & App use the same username & password!

 

* The password must comply with the following requirements:

- Minimum 8 characters in length
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 digit
- At least 1 special character
- Cannot be any of your last 3 passwords or your email address.
