Your CrewCompanion is available as an app for smartphones (Android | Apple)  and as a web portal, using the same login credentials for both platforms. 


When prompted to log in, you have two options: 

Social Login: Use your Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account. PREFERRED OPTION
*personal password for CrewCompanion not required
*For example, if you have a Gmail email account, you can simply use the Google option (shown below)

 

OR 


Manual Login: Use your email address and personal password. 
*personal password needs to be created
 

Regardless of the login method you choose, ensure that the email address you use is the same as the one registered with Marlow Navigation for your seafarer account. If you are unsure of your registered email address or need to update it, please contact your agency or operational group for assistance.

SOCIAL LOGIN : SIGN IN WITH YOU SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT 
*PREFERRED OPTION

To log in with a social provider (Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn): 
 
  1. Select the corresponding login option on the sign-in page. 
  2. You will be redirected to the provider to confirm your identity. 
 
Ensure that the email address associated with your social provider is the same as the one registered with Marlow Navigation for your seafarer account (as stated above).

MANUAL LOGIN: CREATE NEW PASSWORD USING EMAIL: 

  • Go to the login page and select the "Forgot Password?" option.


2. Enter Your Email Address: 
  • Ensure that the email address you enter is the same as the one registered with Marlow Navigation for your seafarer account. 
  • Press "Submit". 
  • Note: The interface will not indicate if the email address entered is known to us or not. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, it is highly likely that the email address is incorrect.  

3. Check your email: 
  • Look for an email with the subject "Reset Password" sent from noreply@marlowgroup.io
  • Use the "Link to Reset Credentials" provided in the email to start the reset process.

    4. Create a new password: 
  • When prompted, ensure your new password meets the following criteria: 
    • Minimum 8 characters in length 
    • At least 1 uppercase letter 
    • At least 1 lowercase letter 
    • At least 1 digit 
    • At least 1 special character 
    • Cannot be any of your last 3 passwords or your email address


5. Complete the process: 
  • On Web:  
    Once completed, you will be redirected to the login screen and proceed with the login. 
  • On Mobile Devices:  
    You will see an image below that you need to switch to the CrewCompanion app and proceed with the login.



Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ)

Unless you haven't successful logged-in to the new CrewCompanion (Web or Mobile), here are some tips to ensure you have a smooth start:

  1. Update to the Latest Version
    Make sure you have the latest version of the CrewCompanion Mobile App (available for Android | Apple) or access the new CrewCompanion Web Portal here: https://crew.marlowgroup.io
  2. Verify Time and Date Settings 
    Check that your mobile device’s time and date settings are correct. We recommend setting your device to automatically update time and date from the device settings to avoid login issues. 
  3. Confirm Your Email Address
    Ensure the email address you are using (schell@marlowgroup.com) matches the one in your seafarer record with Marlow Navigation. If you need to update your email address, please contact us for assistance.
