To reset your password (necessary only if you are using the manual login method and mandatory the first time you use this option), follow these steps:
Use the "Forgot Password?" option:
Go to the login page and select the "Forgot Password?" option.
2. Enter Your Email Address:
- Ensure that the email address you enter is the same as the one registered with Marlow Navigation for your seafarer account.
- Press "Submit".
- Note: The interface will not indicate if the email address entered is known to us or not. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, it is highly likely that the email address is incorrect.
3. Check your email:
- Look for an email with the subject "Reset Password" sent from noreply@marlowgroup.io.
- Use the "Link to Reset Credentials" provided in the email to start the reset process.
4. Create a new password: - When prompted, ensure your new password meets the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters in length
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 digit
- At least 1 special character
- Cannot be any of your last 3 passwords or your email address
5. Complete the process:

Once completed, you will be redirected to the login screen and proceed with the login. - On Mobile Devices:
