Access to your CrewCompanion, whether using the mobile or web version, requires you to use the email address registered with Marlow Navigation for your seafarer profile during the login process. 


You may request to change your email address by contacting your agency or operational group. 

In case you do change your email address and previously used the manual login procedure, with email and password, your password will be reset and you have to set a new one via the "Forgot Password" procedure!
