If after selecting the login option (such as Google) you are are constantly returned back to the welcome / login screen (see video example below):
It could be that the time on your device is incorrect and this is preventing authentication.
SOLUTION:
Set your time zone and time to automatic.
Go to Setting --> Date & Time --> Enable "Set time automatically" AND Enable "Set time zone automatically"
