Dear Seafarers,

We are excited to announce that all essential documentation and information previously available through the Vessel Portal is now fully integrated into CrewCompanion. This means you no longer need to use separate systems or different login credentials.

To access this information, simply log in to the CrewCompanion App or Web version and select the new "Marlow Resources" option.


We've also improved the layout and design of each page to make it easier for you to find the documents or information you need. 

In the Document Library, you can now search by document title or content. 


Each document has been organized with helpful Document Tags, and popular categories are available under the Search Bar for quick access.


You can also search for tags and combine them to refine your search results. 


Documents can be viewed and downloaded to your device as needed.


The new Marlow Resources section provides access to extensive collection of documents and information, including (but not limited to):
  • Contact details for Marlow offices and port agencies
  • Emergency telemedical contact information
  • Training materials (guidelines, induction checklists, and trainee documents)
  • Health and wellbeing guidance
  • Contract information (Collective Bargaining Agreements, terms and conditions, flag approvals)
  • All vessel circulars
  • Guidance and information on flag and port state control
  • MLC 2006-related information (required documents for inspections, approved medical clinics, P&I certificates, MLC office certificates, onboard complaint contacts)
  • Vessel forms related to accounting and crewing
