2Login to the Marlow Crew Portal via on your mobile device:
Click here to log into the Crew Portal  
2Click on the CrewCompanion App page and then click on the Icon to download the App

3    After the App has been installed and before you can use please do the following:  
        a) Go to Settings > General > Device Management
        b) Click on Marlow Navigation 
        c) Click TRUST Marlow Navigation 
4Now open the App

5Enter your Marlow ID and personal email address and press 'Register'

Note: You can find your Marlow ID on your Seafarer Employment Agreement (top right).

6aCheck your personal email account. You should receive an email with the subject “Your  Marlow CrewCompanion Account Registration’

Note:  If you did not receive the email in your inbox, please also check Spam and Deleted items folders in   case the email was automatically filed in these locations.   If you still cannot find the email  please contact our Support Team (feedback.app@marlowgroup.com) 
6b In the email you will find a temporary password. Please copy this password.

Please make  sure you copy the whole password (all 8 characters)! 

NOTE: this OTP will expire in 14 days from receipt.  Once expired you will not be able to complete registration without assistance.  If the OTP has expired, please contact our support team via feedback.app@marlowgroup.com  
7Go back to the App and in the top 2 fields, (above the Sign In button), enter your Marlow ID and then paste the temp password.  Then click the ‘Sign In’ button.

Note: please make sure that you copy and paste the password.  Do NOT type it manually. 
8The App will then ask you to create a new personal password.  This is the password you will use from now on to log into the App so please make a note of it
9Please enter your own password twice ensuring that:  

a. It is a least 8 characters  

b. It contains one capital letter  

c. It contains one symbol (!@#$%^&*)  

d. Both entries are identical  

10If your password is correct then the ‘CREATE’ button will become blue (if there is a problem the button will remain grey).

Press CREATE to complete the login process 

11The App will ask you to set a security pass code.  Please enter a 4 digit code in order to proceed. 
12After setting the pass code you are now registered and logged in!  If your device supports finger print or face recognition your can now activate this via the Setting screen from the main menu (Enable Biometrics)
13Next time you open the App it will ask for your fingerprint or face (as appropriate) instead of your personal password.  Alternatively, you can login with your 4 digit pass-code.
