Download and Install the App on your IOS Phone


The page (https://crew.marlowgroup.io/apps/ios) should be accessed via the browser on your mobile phone. 

The popup message, (as shown below), will be shown after pressing the 'Install Here' button, and the IOS app should install in the background: 



After the App has been installed and before you can use it please do the following on your Apple device:   

        a) Go to Settings > General > Device Management 
        b) Click on Marlow Navigation  
        c) Click TRUST Marlow Navigation   

 

  

Sign Up for an CrewCompanion Account

The rest of this guide assumes you have the Marlow CrewCompanion App already installed. 

If you have already registered in the past for the application, you can skip this section. If you do not know your password anymore follow the password reset guide: Rest Password 

 

 

Step 1: Start Sign Up Process 

Open the Marlow CrewCompanion App and Sign up. 

 


Step 2: Enter Personal Data 

Enter your Employee ID and Email. Be aware that if you have changed in the past your email address, you must inform Marlow Navigation to update your record accordingly. Press Register to continue. 

 


After confirming your data, you should see a pop-up informing you about the next steps. The application will return to the login screen shown in step 1. 

 


Step 3: Check your email account 

You will receive an email from us with the subject Your Marlow CrewCompanion Account Registration. This contains your employee ID and an 8-character password, which you will need to enter in the Marlow CrewCompanion application in the next step.

Note that this password will expire 14 days after it was sent to you. If the password has expired, please contact our support team at feedback.app@marlowgroup.com for assistance. 


Note: If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check all other folders including your Spam and Deleted Items folders.  For further guidance, please read the article: No email received during initial registration 

  

Step 4: First time login 

Return to the Marlow CrewCompanion App and enter the Employee ID and Password shown in the email. Optional you can set the “Remember my employee id” to simplify consecutive logins to the application. Proceed with the Sign in button once you have entered the information. 

 

 

Step 5: Set your own password 

The App will prompt you to create a new personal password. This will be the password you will use to log into the App from now on onwards. 

Ensure that your new personal password it is at least 8 characters long, contains at least one capital & lower case letter, and one symbol (!@#$%^&*), and that both entries are identical.

If the password is OK, the Create button will become active.  Press it in order to save your new password. 

After successfully saving the new password, you will be returned once more to the login screen where you can now login with your Employee ID and your own Password. 

Step 6: Security Lock 

After the first login the CrewCompanion App will ask you to set a 4-digit security passcode. Once you have set your passcode, you are good to go!  

If your device supports fingerprint or face recognition, you will be prompted to enable these features.
