Your 'next of kin' can added, updated or replaced at anytime via either the mobile App or web version of CrewCompanion. Please review the below instructions or checkout the video
Finding the NOK screen: Web Portal
The NOK section is available via your avatar on the navigation bar.
Select MY PROFILE and then NOK

The NOK section is available via the PERSONAL option at the bottom of the screen.

Adding a new NOK via the mobile App:
Note: Your next of kin is required as an emergency contact and beneficiary for justified insurance claims. Nominated persons must be in compliance with inheritance and other appropriate national laws.
Please ensure that the correct contact details are entered as they will be used in case of an emergency. We recommend providing multiple contact options.
Once saved, the record is immediately updated. There is no need to upload any forms.
